Install the Microsoft Silverlight, you can enjoy to download and stream for AV OnDemand playback from XCITY. Please confirm our sample video is played normally by the following step.

Install XCITY Player

Watch video after download, you need to install XCITY Player.
Please install XCITY Player and check to play back the sample movie.

STEP1Download the sample movie.

Click “Save” and select location.

Select bandwidth:



STEP2Install XCITY Player
  1. Please click “Install” button.
  2. Please click “Install Player”button.

*It will take few seconds.

right click on the screen, and select “Uninstall this application”,
and re-install.

Delete this application
STEP3Play the sample video.
  1. Double click to XCITY Player icon to open.
  2. Drag and drop the sample video file on XCITY Player, and play that file.

If I installed Silverlight, I can watch all videos?
Silverlight can play “AV OnDemand” titles after 11/2007.
supported title has “Play Now” or “Download” tab.

Is there way to know my Silverlight is installed correctly?
Please check from Microdot page. If their sample move plays, it installed correctly.
Failed to install Silverlight
Please uninstall Silverlight, and install again, there is instruction for uninstall at Microsoft.
