Content Monitoring and Complaint Handling Policy
Complaint Handling Process
We have established a dispute resolution process to receive reports regarding content that may violate our Terms of Use, content that appears to be illegal or inappropriate, or content that may violate applicable Visa and Mastercard rules concerning adult content. All complaints will be reviewed and processed within five (5) business days. If evidence is found that the content is illegal, we will immediately remove such content.
Removal Requests by Depicted Individuals
In addition to the above, if you are the individual depicted in content on this site (the “depicted person”) and wish to have such content removed, please submit a formal notice to our designated agent.
To be considered a valid notice, the following information must be included:
  1. 1.Identification of Copyrighted Work or Trademark: A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you wish to have removed.
  2. 2.Identification of Material and Content: A specific description of the allegedly infringing material on XCITY.jp. Please include the URL or other identifying information to locate the content.
  3. 3.Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. 4.Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material at issue is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. 5.Statement of Accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
  6. 6.Signature: A handwritten or electronic signature of the individual depicted in the content.

Statement on the Prevention of Human Trafficking
Our Position on Human Trafficking, CSAM, and NCC
Alchemia Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against all illegal content or activities, including human trafficking, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and non-consensual content (NCC). The Company employs a wide range of tools, technologies, identity verification measures, and human monitoring systems to identify violations of the Terms of Use of this website.
Cancellation, Refund, and Dispute Policy
Cancellation
Either the Company or the subscriber may terminate the subscription to the Service at any time, for any reason, by notifying the other party via chat, telephone, or online. The subscriber shall remain obligated to pay all usage fees incurred up to the date on which the cancellation is completed.
Refunds
Refund requests for purchase amounts or recurring billing charges may be submitted by contacting Customer Support. All requests to cancel future recurring charges shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Section 15, “Cancellation.” The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue refunds or credits for purchases made on this site. All refunds are made without any admission of legal liability on the part of the Company and may be subject to the specifications and limitations of the payment method used. A decision to issue a refund for a particular charge does not create an obligation to issue refunds for future charges.
If the Company issues a refund for any reason, such refund will be made only to the payment method used in the original transaction. The Company will not issue refunds by cash, check, or any other means of payment.
Cardholder Disputes / Chargebacks
All chargebacks (payment disputes filed through a card company) will be thoroughly investigated. Depending on the results and circumstances of the investigation, the individual may be permanently prohibited from making any further purchases with the Company. In the event of a claim of unauthorized use, the Company may contact the subscriber’s card issuer to protect the subscriber and prevent future unauthorized charges to the card.
