For users getting “This page can not be displayed in Internet Explorer” error message in Windows Vista [2014.10.20]

Since last week, some users are getting error message saying “This page can not be displayed in Internet Explorer”. Reason for this error is Internet Explorer 9.0 is trying to use old protocol SSL3.0 instead TLS. You can solve this error following steps.

From internet explorer menu,
Select “Tools” > “Internet Options”
Select “Advanced” tab, and take off checkmark on “Use SSL 2.0” and “Use SSL 3.0” on “Settings” > :Security” section.
Make sure “Use TLS 1.0” is checked.
