[2026/04/24] Notice of resumption of VISA card payment

Thank you for using XCITY service.

VISA credit card payments, which had been suspended for some time, have resumed.

However, please note that certain cards may not be accepted.

Cards that may currently be unusable include: Sumitomo Mitsui VISA cards; co-branded and bundled cards issued by Sumitomo Mitsui VISA; and cards without 3D Secure enabled.
If your card is not accepted, you will receive an error message before the 3D Secure screen appears.
