2017/02, XCITY will be changed!
For all AV lover users, we promise power up!!
Also, we will communicate more about annoyances and responses, show clearly!

  • 1. Will be changed download file format.

    By this renewal, d distribute video format will be changed.

    Microsoft stopped to support Silverlight, we need to move forward to more stable platform. By this change, we renewed XCITY completely, there are many merits, but effect these areas.

    [Effect from this stopping support format]
    n 2017/02/28 (Tue), will not play back by downloaded WMV file format (.asf extension), also streaming playback.

    Please re-download new file format video files.

    Please understand for keeping this file format distribution, increasing number of downloaded files by our users. This is the time to move forward new file format. Please understand this.

    Notice for new file format and download, as soon as we will be ready, will announce from us.

  • 2. Using WMV file only title will be discontinued to distribute

    Stopping to support this format, will be discontinued [Playback by XCITY Player]

    [Playback by PC, Smartphone and Tablet] will work after change.
    But, old videos are not supported this file format, so some titles will be discontinued after this change.

    We will accept for your request to revival these titles. As much as we can, response these requests.
    (Some titles were lost original material and can’t put back for distribution, please understand this.)

    From 23,000 titles,will add new titles more!
    Add really mass titles!
    And all titles support Smartphone, and Tablet!
    Also, aiming to more useable site, we continue to improve our site.
