Thank you for using XCITY service.

This time, for credit card charge, we have end of processing VISA card from outside Japan.

Can’t use for paid membership registration and continuers charge anymore, pease use MasterCard, JCB, Amex, and Diners.

Sorry for inconvenience for all member suing VISA card, but thank you for your understanding.
