Q.When I double click, I got a error code “1010” or “1020” about playback license acquisition.

A.The error is cannot get playback license because end of supporting WindowsMediaPlayer. Please install Microsoft Silverlight&XCITY Player to play videos.
To Install XCITY Player, please check this page「“How to use XCITY Player”」*However, you can’t open file to double click, you need to drag-and-drop onto opened XCITY window or use “Open file”

Q.Error code 「Media failed:6013」

A.The 6013 error refers to a CPU, motherboard, or other change in hardware. It could also refer to an inconsistency regarding the DRM license that is saved on your computer.

Please try to initialize playback license.

If this does not solve the video playback issue please go to http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx and follow the instructions to delete “Silverlight.plugin” and reinstall Silverlight.

Q.Error code「Media failed:6028」

A.The 6028 error is an error that occurs due to a bug with Silverlight 5 old version(5.0.61118.0)
