How calculate one month?

Your registered as start date until date of next month as billing month.

Example
Joined day 1 of the month: day 1 of next month
Joined day 5 of the month: day 5 of next month
Joined day 30 of the month: day end of next month
Joined day 31 of the month: end of next month

Exception
January 29 ~ 31: end of next month when admission: February 28 (29 if a leap year)
Joined February 1: March 1

I cancelled membership. How long I can use?

If you canceled subscribed before end of term, your membership will end next end of term.
*If you do not contact us about cancel your membership, your membership will automatically renew at end of term.

E.g.
If you withdraw membership day 10 of month and you registered at day 15 of month, your membership will end at 15 days of the same month.
(Your last charge will be at end of month.)
If you withdraw membership day 25 of month and you registered at day 15 of month, your membership will end at 15 days of the next month. (Your last charge will be at end of month.)
*Please check the your membership end date when you request withdrawal

Who will charge me when I use my credit card for payment? What name will be on the credit card statement?

One of the following names will appear on your credit card statement.
The title may change depending on the merchant company.
“2~3 letters of alphabets”, “CREDY-PAY”,”ALCHEMIA”, “TCW WORLDWIDE,” “TCW INET SRV.”
There is no site name nor products information, please do not worry about it.

What is “Security Code” I ask to enter registeration?

There is 3-digit number on back of your credit card, or 3 digit number following the last 4 digits of your card number.
If you can’t find security code or do not know, please contact your credit card company about this issue. (Contact number should be printed on the back of the card.)
* The security code is NOT PIN number neither 3D password.

What happens if my credit card is deactivated?

If your card charge does not go through to the credit card company, we will automatically change your membership to “free membership”.
There are some reason these happened:
-- Has not been updated for a credit card expiration date
-- Credit Limit Exceeded
-- Lost card re-issued by the Corruption (If the card number has changed)

If you wish to re-activate paid membership, the card information must be entered again.

Is there installment plan?

We are sorry, there is no installment plan.

When membership fee will charge?

End of each month. If you withdraw, end of that month will be last charge.

I canceled regesterd credit card. What happen for membership fee?

Please change other credit card.

I canceled paid membership but I still charged, I want to see a breakdown on purchase history.

The date of charge may differ by merchant companies. Usually, your latest fee at the end of each month if using TCW.
The charge name is different from TCW, and your charge date differed by your registered date.
