Different from other software, the menu is hidden or is not displayed in the "full-mode" (the default design) or in some "skin" designs of version 9 and later Windows Media Player. Here is how to access to the menu in the full-mode. If the player is in the skin-mode, please press the "Control (Ctrl)" key and the numeric "1" key at once to change the player to the full-mode.
Version 10
Click the inverted triangular button at the top-right corner of the full-mode screen to display a pop-up menu, and select "Show Menu Bar" from the menu.
Version 9
Click the round button with the up and down arrows at the top-left corner of the full-mode screen.
